MOTIVATION… i believe is a continuous process

MOTIVATION… i believe is a continuous process , if u motivate ur employee once dont think dat the work is done ..as an efficient hr person is one who derieves new and novel techniques to motivate people….as it is very rightly said dat motivation does not last longer nor does “BATHING” thats why we recommend it daily…human beings are most unpredictable they might be motivated today but may be they are demotivated the next day.

forgive me for mentioning it

The message boards really are great. What impresses me most is that there's very, very little of all the trouble that usually turns up in internet forums: people getting personal, flame wars, religious missionaries spamming threads, bickering... it usually turns up in forums but it's almost non-existant here. I think that (and the huge amount of resources we have access to here!) is one of the things that makes this site so supportive.

(Also, and forgive me for mentioning it: " no spark man (or woman) "

Interesting how people think. This site has, going by user names and icons, at least 75% women. But it's "man" first and "or woman" as an aftertought. And now this sounds like I was hating men or something like that - I don't! Just... things like that catch my eye.)

Kicking my ballast to the curb

Kicking my ballast to the curb that day has made all the difference in my success this time around. My trip is far from over, but I know that I will have enough gas to make it to the end finally. Sure there will be times along the way where the skies get gray and start to rain on my wonderful parade, and that’s OK. It’s still better than being a passenger on the couch as life passes by outside the window. I’m in the driver’s seat now, and it feels good!

Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Is the fastest way to lose weight what you are searching for? Whether you are looking to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, the same tried and true approach will always work. There are various means to lose weight, but only the basics are guaranteed.

The fastest way to lose weight is first accomplished by cutting back on what you consume. Only you know what your weaknesses are. If you would like, you can try maintaining a food diary for about a week in order to examine what foods are hindering your current weight loss. Some of those foods may consist of sugary sweets and foods high in carbohydrates. Instead of focusing on calories, focus on portion size.

Another fastest way to lose weight is to start a daily work out system. Try mixing up your routine a little each week just to keep things exciting. Giving up will only complicate things and cause you to stay at the same miserable weight. The fastest way to lose weight is best attained when you can remain persistent. It doesn’t really matter what you do, just as long as you are doing it for a minimum of 45 minutes per day.

When you get ready to exercise, don’t think about it, just get out there and do it. So what if you can’t exercise at the same time every day? It doesn’t matter just as long as you make a point to do something. Can’t make it to the gym? Great, then go walk outside around your local neighborhood. Just ensure that that your body is receiving some form of ongoing daily physical activity in order to keep your metabolism going.

Just remember that the fastest way to lose weight is by dieting and working out. As you can see, it is not as difficult to get rid of excess fat. All you require is the drive and determination to come out on top. If you can keep those two things in mind, then you have already won the weight-loss battle.

Yes, I am definitely all-or-nothing.

Yes, I am definitely all-or-nothing. My freeweight routine can take up to an hour and I feel like a bum if I don't do it all. Maybe I should slip in the core work before lunch, and my upper body between washing dishes and baking cookies? Part of my skipping workouts has been no pool access while on break from university... but once I get my fancy new insoles on Christmas morning I will start jogging again.

I used to be that way, but I'm not anymore

I used to be that way, but I'm not anymore, or at least not as much. I think it is partly because I have so many things to fill up my days with, that I just don't spend as much time thinking about any one thing. I'm not sure this is entirely a good thing, because some days I am almost paralyzed by an inability to choose one thing among the many things I could do, and just do it.

Swap time given to one activity with to another activity

Fairly simple, right? Choose one activity that you do that really doesn’t need to be done, and replace it with a better activity.

Instead of watching TV for an hour, go build your online business. Instead of idly reading cheap romance novels that don’t have much inherent value, go connect with your family members and friends. With this method, you’re taking large chunks of time already devoted to certain activities and reassigning that time to something else.
